Our objective is to restore & optimize human health and performance

Physical Therapy

Physical Therapy, we utilize the most recent advances in technology to put you on the path to recovery as quickly as possible. We specialize in treating injuries by placing emphasis on identifying the cause of the injury, reducing the pain, then strengthening the area so it does not return. This aids our patients in returning to their lives quickly and efficiently. Our providers have extensive experience with orthopedic conditions; sports injuries; neurological impairment in children and adults; core strengthening; work hardening; injuries to the shoulder, hip, knee, neck and back, just to name a few.

Physical Therapy Services

Our rehabilitation clinic treats people of all ages and offers specialized rehabilitation programs for pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric populations. We have staffed our team to provide a therapist for every type of person. For example, some patients benefit from a deep tissue type of manual therapy, while others need a larger amount of strengthening in their program. Whichever you require, we have a therapist that will fit your personality and maximize your healing time.

Our treatment is individualized to each patient’s specific needs. Our multidisciplinary approach allows us to utilize the best practices of each discipline, including physical therapy, athletic training, personal training, strength and conditioning, massage therapy and acupuncture. This approach provides the best treatment at each stage of healing.

What Happens at a Physical Therapy Session?

Many patients ask us what a typical therapy session will include. Your treatment plan may include Manual Therapy (to ensure that the joints are moving smoothly); Muscle Stretching (to relax the spasms); Muscle Strengthening (to increase strength to prevent further injuries); Neuromuscular re-education (to retrain the muscles on how they should be working); Home Exercises (to continue healing); Other modalities, such as ultrasound or electric stimulation (to further relax the area and decrease the pain); and Kinesio Tape (to stabilize area and further promote healing).
